How does your team handle product analytics?
Hey HN — I work at Mixpanel and I’m doing some research on how engineering teams interact with product analytics (think Mixpanel/PostHog, event tracking, etc.). I’m not here to pitch anything — just genuinely curious about how teams manage their analytics and where the pain points are.

- Where does most of your time go when dealing with analytics or tracking?
- What’s the most frustrating or repetitive part of managing analytics?
- Do you wish other teams could explore product data without you?
